Today, the 850 artworks exhibited at the castle are accessible with introductory texts and high definition pictures. As a result, interested amateurs just as researchers can examine in minute detail small-sized documents and archives.

A great diversity of items can be found in the museum: paintings, boats, engravings, posters, photographs, costumes, china, maps, plans etc... and they illustrate the broad variety of themes presented in the collections : Loire river, Brittany, biscuit factory, Revolution, Wars in Nantes, etc...
