Group visits are possible everyday during the museum’s opening hours, except: holidays, Sundays after 1 pm, and the first Sunday of every month (all day).
A reservation is mandatory for greater comfort and a better distribution of groups throughout the day. The number of participants per group is between 15 and 30 people maximum.

Flat rate for guided tours for groups (from 15 to 30 people): €90, €26 disabled visitors + admission per person
Admission: €6 adult - €5 age 18/25 - Free for children under 18 and for disabled visitors
Admission free for one group leader accompanying a group of 25 people
Access by bus
We recommend the “drop off parking” Place Foch, then a short walk from place Foch to the cathedral, place St Pierre, and then follow across rue Mathelin Rodier, finally walk over the drawbridge.
Or we recommend the “drop off parking” allée du Commandant Charcot, then a short walk to the castle (follow the city center direction) via the entrance “Pont de Secours” .
A bus parking lot is accessible Gare Sud (South Station) on PR3. Enter through the extension of rue de Berlin (medium and long-term paid parking).
